Virgin Australia CEO steps down after four years

Virgin Australia’s chief executive officer, Jayne Hrdicka, is stepping down after four years.

Editor-in-chief at Executive Traveller, David Flynn, says the out-going CEO has done a lot for Virgin and air travel.

“She came into Virgin at a very difficult time … it had collapsed into administration … to her credit, she has really helped turn Virgin around, I would rate her as quite a success,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
