Warren Mundine takes aim at Woolworths for ‘out of touch’ decision

Warren Mundine has taken aim at Woolworths after an “out of touch” decision not to sell Australia Day merchandise this year.

The prominent Indigenous man, who has publicly called for the date of Australia Day to be changed, says the move is “out of touch”.

“These corporates are totally out of touch with the real Australia and yet they keep on coming out and trying to push this nonsense on us to make us ashamed of who we are and what our country is,” he told Tony Jones, filling in on 3AW Mornings.
