Warren renews his marine licence and something is not right

Warren Davies has held a marine licence for almost 15 years without issue, but had an interesting encounter when his new licence was returned to him last week.

“I opened up my mail and when I got the licence out, it didn’t have my face on it,” Warren told Tom Elliott.

“She’s better looking than me though!”
