‘We’re off here’: COVID-positive Ross shares an update on his health

Russel tested positive to COVID-19 last week and now Ross has also come down with the virus.

He couldn’t stop sneezing on Saturday, but after several negative rapid tests and checking Google — which advised sneezing is not a symptom of COVID-19 — Ross thought he was in the clear.

He wasn’t.

“I got home and developed a headache and thought ‘We’re off here’,” the 3AW Breakfast host said.

Ross says he’s seen some unusual symptoms among those he knows who have tested positive recently.

“Yesterday my 23-year-old, who’s had it before, tested because he had a bad back. He tested positive,” he said.

Someone else Ross knows did a test on Sunday because he was extremely thirsty. He also tested positive.

Ross is feeling “perfectly fine” and will be hosting the show from a makeshift studio in his bedroom tomorrow!
