Patterson, who was sentenced to life with a non-parole period of 33 years, is claiming a ‘substantial miscarriage of justice’ occurred during her trial.
Principal of Galbally Parker and senior lawyer, Ruth Parker, told 3AW Breakfast, “The difference in this case is just how much media there has been about it”.
“It’s going to be a logistical nightmare,” Parker continued.
