What concerns a family law specialist about Labor’s proposed amendments to Family Law Act

The Albanese government has been accused of trying to rush through controversial amendments to the Family Law Act that will scrap the legal presumption of shared parenting responsibilities.

Ross Stevenson said it appeared to spell bad news for fathers when it came to custody battles.

“I certainly have a head of steam up about this,” Caroline Counsel told 3AW Breakfast.
