One of Australia’s most prominent Indigenous leaders says he fears the campaign to change the Constitution to enshrine an Indigenous voice to parliament will be a waste of time and money.

Warren Mundine told Neil Mitchell the Constitution didn’t need changing.

“I’m a person about substance and about outcomes,” he said.

“Why are we going through this huge, expensive, process to end up where we started?”
