What makes a good leader

With the state election around the corner, Tom Elliott wanted to investigate the qualities that makes somebody a good leader.

Malcolm Daws is an authority on people performance and effectiveness and said the key difference between a manager and a leader was making a risky decision when required.

“We very often see now people try and stick to the playbook and follow the rules and think that’s the way it’ll work,” he said.
