What ‘surprised’ Peter Ford about $19m Britain’s Got Talent lawsuit

Former Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams is suing the production company behind the show for $A19.1 million.

He claims Fremantle Media “recorded, transcribed and retained” private conversations for a decade.

“He doesn’t seem to be suggesting they deliberately went and placed it with a newspaper but he says in fact for the whole ten years he was on the show, all of his off air conversations were not only being recorded, but were then being transcribed and held somewhere,” showbiz guru Peter Ford told Ross and Russel.
