It’s been one month since the federal government announced the ban of vapes without a prescription, yet Tom Elliott has been alarmed with the amount of shops still selling vapes.

The 3AW Mornings host accused the federal government of “not prosecuting its own laws”.

“Nothing appears to have changed,” Elliott said.

Victorian chair of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr Anito Munoz, stated she hasn’t seen “overwhelming demand” for vapes in the community.
