With Jacinta Allan now elected as the new Victoria Premier, Tom Elliott has shared what he thinks her priorities should be.

“The first one is to can the Suburban Rail Loop, we’re already $200 billion in debt, we can’t afford to spend another $200 billion on a project that doesn’t even have a business case,” he said.
