‘When the Stoccos turned on me’: Farmer
A farmer has told Neil Mitchell of his shocking dealings with Australia’s most wanted father-son duo.
Northern New South Wales farmer Ian Durkin said the men lived at his property for several months before turning on him.
‘Every machine on the place had flat tyres – all 72 tyres,’ he said.
‘The gun safe was cut open, firearms were taken.
‘They cut down 32 fences … (there was) livestock all over the place.
‘They weren’t into sport; they seemed to think all sport was rigged.’
