Where a second CBD in Melbourne could end up

Suburbs such as Clayton, Box Hill and Sunshine have been identified as potential locations for a second CBD in Melbourne, with Box Hill leading the pack.

It comes as Melbourne becomes increasingly more densely populated, with Councilor Mark Lane, the Mayor of Whitehorse City Council explaining why Box Hill is the best location for a second CBD.
