Whittlesea residents taken aback by council’s cheeky fence stance
Two Whittlesea council residents whose properties abut council parkland have been taken aback by the council’s response to their requests to split the cost of fence replacement.
One resident even told Tom Elliott the council wants him to pay $275 to submit a gate access request so the fencer can access the council-owned side of the fence!
