Barely 15 per cent of Australians intend to fly overseas during the next three months, according to Deloitte’s latest consumer data.

But the Chief Executive of the Tourism and Transport forum says it’s not a sign of a wider trend.

“But I think you’ve got to push it out beyond that three-month window,” Margy Osmond told 3AW Breakfast.

“If you ask the question about who has made a booking or looking at travelling in the sort of six to 12 month window, you get quite a different response.”
