Research has found employees are becoming less likely to change employers after receiving a counter-offer.
Director at Robert Half Recruitment, Clinton Marks, says there’s a weird duality at the moment.
“A person is obviously focusing on a lot of primary needs at the moment, which is salary, but I think the other component is job security,” he told told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen.
