Why frustrated parents are considering not sending their kids to school
Melbourne parents have told Neil Mitchell they’re considering not sending their kids to school for the rest of the year due to disruption caused by COVID-19 exposure.
Cameron’s son was forced home and into 14 days of isolation on the first day school returned to the classroom due to a confirmed case.
The same thing has now happened to his daughter.
“We are seriously considering not sending our kids to school for the rest of the year because the education system is simply not working,” he said.
“I think it’s now more disruptive than home schooling.”
