Joined a gym over Christmas? Scott Haywood says you’ve wasted your money.

The Finance Guru joined Tom Elliott in studio on Thursday, saying most people did not change their behaviour, regardless of the perceived ‘motivation’ in getting one.

“People don’t use it,” he said.

“It’s a giant waste of money.”
