There are fears Melbourne’s CBD could become even quieter during the working week than it already is, with office leases ending and businesses downsizing due to staff working from home.

“That’s exactly what is happening,” Tim Piper, Victorian head of Australian Industry Group, told 3AW Mornings.

And it won’t come without consequence.
