There are calls for more to be done to address mobile phone “black spots” in Victoria.

Tom Elliott said it was staggering they still existed, given recent advancements in 5G technology.

“To be honest, the situation is not the best,” Mark Gregory, RMIT associate professor of telecommunications, told 3AW Drive.
