Builders Collective of Australia President, Phil Dwyer, has spoken on why so many construction firms have collapsed in the past year.

The number of firms axed lands at a whopping 2349, and Mr Dwyer states he’s “not confident” with the future of the building industry.

“The government needs to wake up to the circumstances,” Mr Dwyer told Shane McInnes on 3AW Mornings.
