Why the City of Port Phillip mayor has fired up at the state government

City of Port Phillip mayor, Alex Makin, has fired up at the state government after funding for a major sporting and recreation precinct in Port Melbourne is set to be delayed until at least 2034.

The delayed funding would leave local children, families and sporting clubs struggling for open space.

“The state government has not played ball with our community,” Councillor makin told Jacqui Felgate on 3AW Drive.
