Why the more you lie, the easier it gets

A new study has found the more people lie, the easier it gets for them.

Body language expert Katia Loisel explained why on 3AW on Tuesday.

“Our ability to get away with a fib depends on the emotional intensity (attached),” she said.

“The more you do it, the more it dampens the fear response.”
