Why the Nationals candidate for Bendigo East found Jacinta Allan’s resignation ‘bittersweet’

Nationals candidate for Bendigo East, Andrew Lethlean, has shared his thoughts on Premier Jacinta Allan’s resignation on Tuesday.

Allan has held the seat of Bendigo East for 27 years, and Mr Lethlean, who is set to face off against her in the upcoming state election, found her resignation “bittersweet”.

“It doesn’t worry me whether she’s there or not,” Mr Lethlean told Jacqui Felgate on 3AW Drive.
