The Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTBU) have launched a class action today in conjunction with Gordan Legal against Emergency Services and State Super.

The union is accusing the superannuation fund of underpaying superannuation to transport employees of payments which could exceed $40 million.

“They should have done it, they had a duty to do it,” RTBU branch secretary Vik Sharma told Heidi Murphy on 3AW Drive.
