Why the Transport Workers Union is going after the next potential Virgin Australia CEO

The Transport Workers Union is following the steps of the CFMEU, and is lobbying against the appointment of Paul Jones as Virgin Australia’s next CEO.

National Secretary of the Transport Workers Union, Michael Kaine, claims Mr Jones was involved in the illegal outsourcing of 1700 workers at Qantas.

“We work with anyone whose in the seat … but it’s our job to point it out,” he told Tom Elliott.
