A former commissioner of the Productivity Commission says there are fears a reset won’t come if Jacinta Allan replaces Daniel Andrews as Premier.

Economist, Judith Sloan, says one “has” to think she’ll change things.

“He might have been good at politics and communication but the budget papers don’t lie,” she told Neil Mitchell.
