Why those who quit work over vaccine mandate are in for ‘a real surprise’

Those who quit their job because they refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 are in for a “real surprise” if they think they’ll land another job easily.

That’s the message from the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association.

CEO Charles Cameron said he expected quite a few people to get “caught out” for a significant period of time by the vaccine mandate.

“Especially if you’re in manual work, or customer-facing work, you’re going to get a real surprise,” he said.
