Tom Elliott has shared his thoughts on the decision made to have the Palestinian flags flown at Federation Square

He says while the decision for the flags to be flown was not a recent one, the recent events in the middle east have changed things.

“The reality is some dingbat at Fed Square should have realised it was tone-deaf, tone-deaf to fly a whole bunch of Palestinian flags at a space that is supposed to be for everybody given what happened in the middle east three weeks ago,” he said.
