Tractors have come to a grinding halt across the country.
Executive director of the Australian Farming Institute, Richard Heath, says a signal failure means farmers can only get GPS accuracy to within metres, not the centimetre accuracy they rely on.
“Farmers have had to learn what steering wheels are again,” he told Ross and Russel.
