The Business Council of Australia has rated Victoria as ‘the worst state to do business’ in all of Australia.

CEO of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sally Curtain has weighed in, urging the Victorian government to listen intently to the voice of business.

Press PLAY to hear why the state has been rated so poorly

“The voice of business will remain loud. We’re 12 months out from an election, and we’re going to make sure that business has a voice and can help turn around the state of our Victoria,” Ms Curtain said on 3AW Breakfast.

Business Council of Australia CEO, Bran Black, then told Tom Elliott where Victoria “really falls down” when it comes to running a business.

Press PLAY to hear his insight

“That really stands out as something that we would say really does need to be addressed,” Mr Black said on 3AW Mornings.
