Victoria’s business community is rejoicing today.

Paul Guerra, CEO of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, couldn’t hide his excitement about retail being able to re-open at 6pm on Friday.

“This is a champagne day,” he said.

“We have been waiting 20 months for this.”
