Winemaker tells the court his asthma inhaler is to blame for high BAC reading
A prominent local winemaker has tried to convince a magistrate his asthma inhaler was to blame for blowing .07.
Neil Prentice has told a court he consumed two glasses of wine in just over an hour before he was pulled over and breath tested.
But he says an asthma inhaler, which contained ethanol, was to blame for the illegal reading.
The case will continue today.
