Winter arrives a day early in Melbourne
Winter has arrived one day early in Melbourne.
The city endured its coldest morning in nine months on Tuesday, with the mercury hitting zero in some parts.
Steven King from the weather bureau said it was still hovering around four degrees in the CBD at 7am.
‘Just checking our records, it’s probably the coldest morning since around last August,’ he told 3AW News.
