Witness describes ‘quite confronting’ scene after teens crash stolen car

A Brighton local who witnessed Monday’s horror car crash says he can’t believe the four teenagers involved walked away with only minor injuries.

The four girls were arrested after a stolen car they were allegedly driving in crashed and rolled over onto its roof.

“This is like something out of a movie,” Jacqui Felgate said.

Steve saw the crash unfold and told 3AW Drive about the “quite confronting” scene he witnessed late on Monday night.

“They were more concerned about getting their drinks than walking away from almost being killed.”
