Witness of Bondi Beach terror attack recounts ‘horrific’ experience

Mother of two, Amy joined 3AW Afternoons to recount her “chaotic” experience during Sunday night’s terror attack in Bondi.

She drove up to Sydney with her family on Sunday and they were heading out for dinner on Campbell Parade, when they suddenly heard the noise of gunshots and saw people running and screaming.

“It was pretty horrific, not knowing what was going on and the chaos of it,” Amy said on 3AW Afternoons.

“I think what really got to me, there was a lady who was ten metres behind us who got hit by a ricochet.”
