Woman and three-year-old child found dead inside Pascoe Vale home

A woman and three-year-old child have been found dead in a home at Pascoe Vale.

Neighbours have described how a man, believed to be the husband, screamed after he made the devastating discovery about 5pm on Sunday.

A 39-year-old woman and child were found dead inside the Ashkanasy Avenue home.

Nobody is in custody over the incident and police said they weren’t looking for anybody.

The circumstances surrounding the deaths have not been made public.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.
