Victoria Police First Constable Paul Hogan has shed light on the story of a woman who attempted two alleged aggravated burglaries on the same street in Armadale last night.

Hogan told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen “this story has a moral to the story”.

“If at first you don’t succeed, don’t try a second alleged burglary on the same street!” he said.

A 41-year-old St Kilda woman has been charged with two counts of aggravated burglary.

She was bailed to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 19 September.
