Woman charged over Dane Swan nude video

A 20-year-old woman has been charged over the online distribution of a video featuring a nude Dane Swan earlier this year.

Detectives have charged the woman from Meadows, South Australia after she allegedly shared the sexually explicit video electronically and online, without consent.

Swan became aware of the video on May 1 and reported it to police after the six-second video was shared on social media.

It allegedly showed a nude Swan in bed with a woman.

A woman has been charged with one count each of visual capture of genitals and distribution of an intimate image.

She has been charged on summons to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on December 10.
