Woman killed in horror head-on smash north west of Melbourne

A woman has been killed in a horror head-on smash at Bulla.

The crash happened on Bulla Road, just before 3pm on Monday.

The female driver of one car, believed to be aged in her 50s, died at the scene.

A male driving the other car was taken to hospital with injuries.

Police are investigating.

Bulla Road has since been re-opened to traffic.
