Woman loses $2000 worth of giftcards just before Christmas

A 3AW listener has told how his wife has misplaced $2000 worth of Myer vouchers, that he purchased and gave to her in July to use for Christmas presents.

Sotto said his wife has put the eight $250 cards somewhere in their house but can’t find them anywhere.

Ross and John contacted Myer who said it actually happens quite often.

“I’m still looking for things I’ve put in a safe place in my house,” Martin Barr, spokesman for Myer, said.

“We’ll organise for the lost cards to be cancelled and the new ones to be issued.”
