Woman taken to hospital following reports of Richmond shooting

A woman has suffered non-life-threatening injuries after she was reportedly shot at Richmond.

3AW reporter Priscilla Moca spoke with Tom Elliott from the scene on Leeds Street on Wednesday afternoon.

“She claims she was shot by somebody she didn’t know in the back of the leg,” she told 3AW Drive.

The 44-year-old woman was taken to The Alfred hospital with injuries to her leg.
