Women rescued from burning house in Dallas
Firefighters rescued a women from a burning house in Dallas on Wednesday afternoon.
The MFB was called to the Dallas Drive address at around 2:40pm after reports of smoke billowing from the building.
A semi-conscious women was found inside the properly, with fire crews rescuing here and pulling her to safety.
The 27-year-old suffered minor burns to her feet and face in the incident.
MFB Commander David Woods said she was lucky to be alive, reinforcing the important of installing fire alarms.
“It could have been a lot more serious,” he said.
Investigations are now underway to find out what sparked the fire.
