Wonthaggi woman reporting a theft to police fails breath test

On Friday morning’s edition of the Rumour File, Ross Stevenson revealed that a woman in Wonthaggi discovered that there was a theft at her house and something had been stolen.

She drove to the local police station to report the theft, and while she was there was asked by police to undergo a breath test.
