Word on the Street: CBD collision leaves cyclist with head injuries

A tram and bike have collided in Melbourne’s CBD earlier this afternoon.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Victoria St and Elizabeth Street, near the Victoria Markets.

Paramedics have confirmed they’ve treated a cyclists in his 40s for head injuries and he remains in a stable condition at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
