A yoga instructor offering free outdoor classes has been left “disheartened” after the City of Port Phillip council slapped a surprise $400 fee on her service.

An event born out of COVID, Eliza Hilmer founded Feel Good Flows, promoting wellness in the local community.

But she’s now been told that she’ll have to shell out hundreds of dollars to keep running the community-based event.
