Your Town: 3AW Drive visits Albert Park

This week, 3AW Drive took Your Town to Albert Park, a suburb that will be overrun by motorsport fans from across the globe in just over a week.

Surprisingly though, program reporter Alyssa Allen found that most local residents she spoke to want to keep the Grand Prix despite the noise!

Greg Pappas, co-owner of Andrew’s Hamburgers (an institution in Albert Park) said that the Grand Prix has a detrimental effect on trade as the area becomes a ghost town.
