Your Town: 3AW Drive visits Box Hill

It’s known for delicious Asian food, a bit of ‘riff raff’ and property development. Where are we?

For 3AW Drive’s weekly Your Town segment, program reporter Alyssa Allen visited Box Hill, which is experiencing a real estate boom.

Its close proximity to the city, schools and transport has pushed up property prices, and encouraged development. 

Locals in Box Hill were divided in their reaction to recent development. Some felt it was positive and encouraged businesses into the area while others preferred the old Box Hill.
