Donald, population 1,700, is about an hour from Horsham.

Local businessman Graeme Harris (who goes by the nickname ‘Pickles’) told Tom Elliott it can be tough for all sorts of businesses during times of drought.

But he said it’s a great place to raise a family.

Unlike most agricultural towns, Donald is now producing chickpea tofu.

Tom was confused.

‘You mean you have hippy food out in the country?’ he asked.
