Your Town: 3AW Drive visits Pascoe Vale

Pascoe Vale is being described as a ‘Cinderella suburb’. 

3AW Drive producer Alyssa Allen said people often remember it as being a bit rough and ugly, but more and more people are wanting to buy there now. 

Indeed, the most prominent age group of the area is 25-34.

Trendy cafes are opening, tea is consumed prolifically, and modern apartments are being built. 

But they do have some trouble with hoon drivers.

Pascoe Vale resident Diane Williamson told Tom Elliott she gets woken up by loud cars at times, particularly on the weekend.
